View Full Version : what tool do I need??

just sold my plastic and seat cover and it has a million of those staples in the back of it

How the heck do you get them out???!!! Tried wire cutters to pull them out, but they are small and hard to get out.

try a small regualr screw driver to pry them up, then take some needle nose and yank em out :)

I just asked Troy and he said he tried that, not as easy as said to be done! :p Trying not to tear the cover.

I did and thats what he put in it ... :huh

Shoulda gone to a upholstry shop and bought a professional staple remover...woulda made it much quicker and easier

I dont think they are too expensive. The kinda look like a small, pointy tire iron.
