This quad was rebuilt this winter and has about 5 races and a couple practices on it. here is a list of mods:

PEP shocks with small cans, shocks are valved for 180-200 lb A rider
Rear shock is rebuilt and better than the axis I had, Very impressed

What about a raptor with herrman longtravel and fully adjustable elka shocks (f and r). team axle, t9 baja wheels razr tires, roll steering stem, tag bars, steal braided brake lines?
