whats a 300ex worth?

well this didnt get any answers in the sell forum so i'll ask here.

i have an 05 300ex that i got in january. it probably has MAYBE 8hrs on it, and is still like new. no real mods yet, just nerf bars and k&n filter.
i want someting bigger and was thinking about modding this bike, but i just dont want to spend $$ to make it something its not...bigger.
so if i was to sell it what would it be worth? i dont think a trade in at the dealership on a new one is even worth asking them. i would really like to trade plus cash for a 400ex, 45r, or predator, but thats unlikely.

but thats what i'm asking.....whats it worth? i do want to sell it for a bigger bike, but i dont know what its worth. its as good as new, and i know what i paid new, but was wondering what the market is bringing for them

Since its an 05 MAYBE just MAYBE you could get 2,500 out of it if the person dosnt know to much about quads, cause you can get a decent 400ex for 2,500.

if its an 05' in "showroom condition" I would atleast contact your local dealer and see what kind of deal they could hook you up with on a trade. You just might be surprised
