Anyone close to WV that can rebuild an engine?

My engine needs a good rebuild and i was wondering if there was anyone close North Central WV that is good at working on engines. Also need to know about what it costs.

theres a guy in fairmont that rebuilds engines..he does all kinds of them and has never had a complaint..
