My friend has a zx10 and his wife has a ninja 250 and her girl friend has one to!

the zx10 is way fast! will do well over 200mph!!!
The ninja 250's have no power at all, but u can get them over 100mph!!

I have rode the 250 but dont have the guts to ride the zx10!!

please refrain from calling them ninja bikes, i went to a sport bike show a year ago and called them that on accident, boy did my freinds rag on me for that one!

but yah, i dont have one, but my friend has a ducati monster that ride around all the time, its soooo nice, and ride like a caddilac (only it wiegh a few 1000 pounds less)

I don't have a bike but I have been looking around lately. I would love to have the zx10 but I'd definitely settle for their 636.

ok.i was just seeing who had any or had ridden any to see what they thought.i got me a zx6r and it's a good bike.i like how it sits and it isn't all that high off the ground.

Sorry buddy but a liter bike will not do "well over 200mph" they won't even hit 200 with out mods......

And the 6's are damn close to the 1000's in performance....the 6's run mid 10 second 1/4 mile times right off the show room floor.....Plenty of bike for me!

in a quarter mile from a stop they are, but i like the torque of the big bikes in comparison to the smaller bikes.

also once up to speed the big bikes have a pretty big advantage over the smaller ones (in a straight line).

just my thoughts though.

love some twisties! dont have a ninja though, got a gsxr 750. and i agree, the zx10 will not get close to 200 stock, can we say 180, and that is ignoring the speedo error???

I have a 750 also....really like it.....I was looking for a 1000 but it was too good of a deal so I had to buy it. Probably will move to the 1000 when I find a good deal on one of those.

And yes, bike speedo's are off big time. From what I have heard, the gixxer 750 is supposed to be right around 170...I have had my speedometer reading 184 (or maybe it was 182, can't remember).

It was fast either way, but I knew it wasn't right.

I never said it was stock! who rides any thing that is stock!
the zx10r is the best bike out now for under $15000.

mine will say the same thing, i want to say it has read 183, but its geared now so i know it is so far off its not even funny! great bike though, im sure you like the fact the gas tank is already flat for some stuntin!

and as for the zx10 being the best bike out for under 15, what basis do you have for that?? or is this gonna be on of the "best quad ever made" arguments??
