Well yesterday i got a new computer that i didnt even know i was getting until 2 days before ! Plus it was for free. My brother makes computers in his spare time and he made one. He was going to give it to his dads girl friend. But, she didnt have the money so he has had it for about a year. Has never been used. Has 1024mb of memory. Also a video card, sound card, and graphics card. Plus, a dvd burner. All i need to get is a hard drive for it. I think im gonna get a 120gb hard drive. Once i get everything put in and installed. It will be a beast ! :macho Here are a couple pics of what it has. What kinda of computer do you guys got ?

how much does your brother charge for building computers?

i am interested in getting one built. i am looking for 2 gig. of ram, 256 video card, sound card, good hard drive (maybe two), processor amd or intel (either or), and i am not sure on the rest. i want it to be a good all around computer. not so much for gaming but good for internet and school work. i would like it be able to multitask quickly.

well tell your brother that i am interested.

well tell your brother that i am interested. Well i dont know if he does it for anyone. But, hes done it for family members and friends. But ill ask if hes interested in making one. The price will differ. I think he wanted around 300 for the one he gave me. So if u want 2 hard drives, etc. Maybe 450 or more ? Im just guessing though. Id have to ask him.

I forgot I didn't have my own copy of a OS so I had to try to scrounge up an XP one a friend had. I hate MICROSOFT!!! I couldn't use the disk that came with my new laptop so everything was difficult.

Rastus: That computer case is very nice ! I think i might get a couple more case fans for mine. With some L.E.D lights. I need to get a clear side case door for it though....wouldnt do much good for lights if u cant see them. :ermm: :p
