Ok ramp builders Im thinking about building a ramp and was wondering if anyone knew a good launch degree for a 6'5ft ramp going no bigger then about a 30ft gap?? I know I can figure it out but just seeing if anyone has built one this size and just knew it off their head. If not i can figure it no big deal

a 30 foot gap won't last for long. after jumping it about 10 times your gonna want more, trust me. especially if you're wanting to do much freestyle.

i think about a 45 degree angle is what some ramps use. but i'm not sure.

lol i know 30 ft isnt big and i will want more but its just gonna be in my backyard and i cant go too big....thats what the tracks are for. plus my lil cousin on his 300ex is gonna be hitting it so i cant go too big either thanks i figured about 45 would work....thats what most ramps look like

no no no no hold on, lol most comp ramps use a 39-40 top angle your ramp would prolly be best with about a 37. my ramp is 5' 2" and it uses a 35. lol a 45 degree is a lil much for a 6' 5" inch ramp dont go above 37 on your ramp and you should be pretty good

my first guess had been about a 35 degree but was thinking 45 would give alittle more lift since im not going with a large gap. i got some time to figure out just what cuz i gotta sell off some of my 250R stuff before i can get the metal for the ramp anyways thanks guys
