What is so much better about +2 longtravel arms than regular +2 arms? Is it worth the extra money to buy longtravel arms? Or could I just get +3 regular travels with offset wheels?

With longtravel arms you use what they call long travel shocks. The benefits you get from long travel shocks is more adjustability. What offset would you be using with those +3's, I would go with a stock offset. You dont want to be to wide.

You will need 4+1 offset with +3s. I run +2.5 with stock offset and i am right at 50 inches.
