400ex Slip On

I have a full White Bros. E-Series pipe, if I take off just the silencer, can I put a slip on onto the E-Series head pipe, will this bolt right up?...Probably a dumb question but it's one I can't answer.

It depends if the header is oversized or not. I used to have a full CT midrange system that a slip on would fit. When I built my motor, I needed more flow so I switched to the same system but the high output version. The diameter of the header is a bit larger where it meets the silencer. If your header is a more mild header like my old midrange system then a slip-on would most likely fit. Just make sure you don't have a full race header or something because it might not fit then.
