Sorry! You cannot send that message at the moment because the administrator has specified that you may only send one message every 60 seconds.

Why is there a delay when using PM's?

It's there for flood control, we have it for posting standard messages as well. Stops someone from just replying back-to-back and spamming the board. It discourages bots and other worthless spammers.
