What is needed to use an FCR?

I have an FCR and would like to install it on my 450r. It seems every person i ask tells me something different. Do i need that adaptor? and who makes them? Do i need a crf hot start cable? do i need a crf wire harness? if so what parts? please enlighten me on what all i need thanks!

If it's not set up for the quad then yes you will need the adaptor. No need for the wire harness unless you go to the crf flywheel. www.nossmachine.com The stock throttle cable is good, and the hot start can be removed so the quads cable will work. Just have to swap over the spring and brass plug. TPS wires will have to be spliced into place as well. Direction can be found in the engine FAQ on trx450r.org.
