I was wondering how the hell do you set up the elkas. I race harescrambles and still cant figure out how to set the fronts up.

When I got my Elka's, they did a great job from the start with me.

I adjusted the compression settings and ride height several times to feel the difference it made, but never had any problems from the first initial setting.

I assume your Elkas have compression settings and ride height adjustments. Are they setup for your weight?

What are the characteristics of your front suspension now?

Note: If it means anything, I noticed a night and day difference between the stock shocks and the aftermarket shocks. The stock shocks allowed me to "feel" a lot of the ground underneath me, where the aftermaket shocks "deadned" the feeling. Kinda like the feeling of when I first wore Motorcycle boots for the first time, I could not feel the shifter!

Good luck!
