power valve question

is there any way to turn a power valve cylinder into a non powervalve???? some how maybe blocking the power valve hole off|???? anyone know the answer to this stupid question?

Yes you can machine a plug for the power valve. We do this alot on mini sprint motors. Why do you want to do it to your R
