FCR Carb from 400 to 450???

Here goes, I got a 39 FCR older style carb on my 400--By older I mean the fuel pump you got to bend the ear.... no screw to do it. Lookin to poss. put it on my new 450---Good or Bad???? Will it work??? How is the stock carb on the 450 anyway??? Thanks

I asked the same thing and the stock 450 carb is better. The FCR doesnt have a hot start or a TPS (throttle postioning sensor).
