I have a JB Racing +1 1/4 swing arm. It uses the honda rear end. If you are looking for axle anyway you can get a 400ex axle and bearing carrier and it will all be much cheaper. I want $200 for the swing arm. You can get a new double row bearing carrier on ebay for the 400ex for $110 and used 400ex axles are all over. Then all you need is a caliper mounting plate (about $20.00 on ebay) and you z400 caliper will mount up to it. This is the cheapest way to get the +1 1/4 swing arm.
