400ex airbox mod

I was thinking of making a hole ink my airbox
i wanted to know what size of hole can i make whit out rejetting and if it realy increase the power?

You cant have one w/o the other. If you make ANY hole where more air is going into carb you will have to rejet or the motor will be running leaner and make LESS power and run hot.

There are no majics to this; anytime you increase air to engine you must add more fuel. You may notice small hp increase after a few holes AND rejetting but it wont be alot.

you will deffenitely notice a differenece if u rip that lid off and rejet...
