how do you strip a frame. i want to get it ready to get it powder coated maybe and see if maybe i could save a little money. thanks alot.

u can sandblast or bead blast it, have the paint baked off, or strip it with stripper

Sandblasting is your best bet, bead blasting is used for a finer finish. Check your phone book im sure someone near you can do it. BTW are you in Augusta NJ?

You could also go after it with a grinder with a wire wheel attachment.
