Bottom Up Rebuild

I'm looking for some input on a good place to send my 400ex motor to have it built from the bottom up. I don't want to put a 450 motor in, I want to keep the look of the 400 but have it retooled from the bottom up, new crank, bored, ported...everything. Anyone out there have a good recomendation of a quality shop that won't over charge me?
