Can you gussett before PC?

can i send you a frame and get it gussetted and pc'ed? Do you make kits or would i ahve to buy it before?

we use Burgard Laser cut gussets. the frame is gusseted and then sent off to the strippers.

gusset and pc frame (sub included) $350 for solid colors, $375 for translucents

Pappy how much would it cost to have a 450R frame gusseted just like the project 450Rs with the extra gussets it has? Fully Gusseted, and then the Frame/Subframe PCed? Also I would have it sandblasted before it was sent, so it would be bare all ready...

a R frame done like the project R and my own, would be $200 for the gusset work. to pc it would be $175

usually gusseting is only $175 but they add a few extra as you have seen.

Would I be able to get the gusset kit from Burgard including the extra gussets used on yours and the project 450R Pappy? I am looking to weld my own in, and was wondering if this kit with the extra gussets was avail. and for how much. Also, approx amount on how much to ship to you from Great Barrington, MA? I couldn't find where you were located. Thanks! I am basically looking to do the same gusset kit as you coated Trans Red. I am looking to save some by installing the complete kit myself. I have a guy that is an amazing welder who is going to weld the gussets in for me. Let me know. Thanks!

you can get the kits thru me (as soon as i get more) and add the additional gussets with no real problems.

shipping would run approx $30 each way
