Question About Copying Screen

I can't remember what to do to copy the entire image on my screen? It was something like Control-V or something, then something else to put it into Paint.
Any help would be great.

Alt-Print Screen, then open paint, Control-V, should be good to go!

On a Mac it's Apple+Shift+4 at the same time brings up crosshairs to drag a box that captures what's in the box. See:
