Pre dentonation?

I was working on my friends blaster this weekend,and i told him not to clean his airfilter with gas,but he did it anyway.
And after i jetted it for him and what not he was running it,and all of a sudden it just reved to the sky and would not stop,he turned off the key and it still went...

I am pretty sure that this is pre detonation caused by to low of a octane?or because of him washing his air filter with gas?

i would say too low octane. i wouldnt think the gas on the air filter would be it unless it was revving way up as soon as he started it

No he was running it,but i installed the block off kit for him,but i just took the little white gear out behind the sidecase and he stole his brothers premixed gas from the banshee,so idk how good that was,and he is running straight premixed instead of the oil injection

It was all weird and stuff too still when i left:huh
