This axle should be ready to slide out towards the right side correct? Or im a forgetting to remove something? I couldnt get it to budge. This quad is a friend of mines and im replacing the axle bearings. (i have no manual.)

Thanks

never worked on a warriors rear end, but i think it should be good to go as long as you loosened those "chain tensioner" bolts at the bottom. Then grab a hammer, and give the axle a wack and it should bust loose.

yeah my dad has a warrior and had to replace his, as did another friend of mine. they are a pain, you just have to be careful and use a lot of strength. it will seem like its going nowhere, then it will just pop and come out.

This is ridiculous. Ive been hittin this thing with a sludge hammer and 2x4 on one side. And I had a 4x4 propped up against the swingarm and the other side of it against a wall so it wouldnt give any. It hasnt showed any signs of coming loose. The axle threads that the castle nut goes on got smashed in a little bit, so i know im hitting it plenty hard. My 400ex was a breeze compared to this.

might be easier to buy new carrier and axle if the axle really just wont come out. i have a axle i bought on acciddent i would sell

but yes, it should slide out the rear brake side, check for a snap ring or something on that side just to make sure you have everything. there is a big snapring on that side of my blaster, but its a honda style rear end.
