MX 440ex for sale

I am selling a MX 1999 honda 400ex. It was rebuild from the groud up over this past winter. Everything on this bike has been gone over and replaced(bearings, seals bushings,etc..).

Mod list:

Engine:
-wiseco 12.5:1 high comp piston bored to 440cc
-full port and polish
-new valve guides and springs
-Brand new EBC race clutch with heavy duty springs
-Stage 2 web cam
-I always changed the oil and filter on regular basis and always ran Honda full race synthetic
- full White brothers R-4 exhaust with the big headers and pro-megaphone
-K&N filter

Chassis:
-PEP ZPS triple rate from shocks just rebuild by Mark Baldwin as of July 05
-+2 houser a-arms
-+4 Duralble eliminator axle
-Fully gusseted frame
-yellow powder coated frame
-Klaw Mx tires all around on douglas .190's all have about 90% tread left
-DG nerf
-custom double wide foot peds

Others:
-WB bumper
-O-ring chain
-Wave Rotors up front with new galfer brake pads
-Front and rear braided steel brake lines
-tags X-5 bars
-Ceet Graphics kit with gripper seat cover.
-maier 250r hood
-pro-design kill switch.
-motion pro clutch lever and cable
-AC swing arm skid plate.
-SS swing arm bolt
-pivot works bearing on everything all new this year
-a 420 piece SS bolt kit was used to rebuild

This bike is extremely clean and taken well care of. it was never in any major wrecks, frame is as strait as an arrow. everything is powder coated and looks new. Bike is reliuble but FAST. I am asking for $4200

this is a really nice bike thats very fast and reliable, definately something to get you into serious racing, this is a great price for a built 400 also

Questions

who built the motor and do you have the receipts?
what are the shocks valved for (weight)? receipts?
i cant really tell but the grabbar of the subframe looks bent is it?and why isnt it powdercoated?
i see a dent in one of the front wheels do all the tires hold air good? and are there any other dents?
is that the stock swinger? if not does it have mounts for a skidplate?

i think thats it

oh yea what gas did you run in it since the rebuild? will it run fine on premieum or does it need half race gas half regular?

-I built the motor myself(port and polish).Im not sure if i have te receipts
-The shocks are valved for a 180lbs rider on plus three arms, and i have the receipts from baldwin.
-The grab bar is bent up but the subframe is strait. The reason why its not powder coated is because i was planning on making my own custim aluminum subframe but havent found the time
-There is a dent in each of the front rims(nothing major, the rim doesnt wabble at all). im not sure how this happened. but all the tires hold air (never plugged) and the beads dont leak.
-It is the stock swingarm buts it off an year 03 .

i have a yfz, how much cash are you willing to include? also do you still have the stock parts? do you ahve to run race gas? did you use the over-sized head studs?

Ill have to see a bunch of pics of yfz, but im thinking around $300.
I dont have that many stock part, i think i have rear light axle pipe silencer. not sure ill have to check. I run 94 octane not race gas, race gas is not needed for this bike because it doesnt detinate. Over-sized head studs were used. Send me a lot of pics of yfz I am quite interested.
