I know this post was closed but i think it's a simple fix unless you are on a long trail and need a full tank of gas. I think that half of the time i'm on my quad it's on 2 wheels and the best way i have found to stop the overflow is to only put a gallon of gas or so in at a time, then when it dies use the reserve to go get more. just don't fill it up all the way.
