I'm looking for a kickstart extension for my hybrid. I made one for my current setup, but now I'm looking for one that accepts a (shorter) YZ250 kicker. Does anyone have one or know where I can get one? I would really appreciate all help. Thanks.

Right now, I've got a kickstart extender that I made. It uses a stock 426 kicker, but I'm looking for a kickstarter that's shorter. A shorter kickstarter would make it much easier to kick with the rear fenders on. I know that BBR Motorsports makes a YZ426 kicker that's 1" shorter than stock, and I also know that you can use a YZ250 kicker. I'm just unsure if you have to have a different kickstarter boss when using the YZ250 kicker, or if it will fit on the same one as the YZ426 kicker. Can you help me out ss400ex?

Have you seen any pics of the 426 kickers I have shorted?
With the de-comp cam I been cutting them and shorting them to approx 6 inches tall.
With no mods to R/H rear fender.
pm me you e-mail I`ll send pics.
