Yesterday, i drilled 8 1 inch holes in my airbox lid. 6 of them had the little filters in them. i put in a 130 jet from stock (122). i check my plug after high rev riding for 1/2 and hour and the threaded part is black and the elctrode is grey. am I jetted right? if not, what should i do?

BTW, after putting on my pipe and filter, i moved down my needle clip 2 postions down and the plug looked the same color (black threads and grey electrode). does this sound right? my dad said it was jetted right (he is 50 and had been working on cars since he was 16), but i dont know if a car plug should look the same as a quad plug.

Sounds a tad bit lean.

really? maybe i will cover up 1 hole at a time until it looks chocholate. How lean? i am moving to NJ soon (1 1/2 month) and it is higher up. depending on how much it affects the jetting, i may be ok. What should i do now to correct it, how many jet sizes?
