brand new. i took one out of the box to look at it and then put it back in. never mounted or used. 35 watt, spot and flood, with an extra laser star flood bulb(not sure if it's the same as trail techs?). they are for banshee's but should also fit cannondales using the stock light brackets. $100 shipped
