The 450R must be built bulky because its kickstart and a uni-cam engine and weighs the same as the YFZ450 thats electric start and has a DOHC engine so honda must be messed up a bit with this 4wheeler

...and we must always remember, if it wasnt for the HONDA 250R and the SUZUKI lt250, quads would never be remotley close to what they are today. The 250R revolutionized atv motocross. In 86', 87', 88'....there was never a yamaha in the lineup. Yamaha introduced their first race quad in 2004 with the YFZ450. :rolleyes:

uM...the whole Honda towing the Yamaha joke got old and outdated about 2 years ago..........I've seen more Honda's have major issues lately than the Yami's.......it's all changed.....these higher performance engines require the owners to take care of them.....maintain your machines and you will reduce any problems no matter what brand. My YFZ is more dependable than my 440 was at this point.....never thought I'd say that. And the whole "if you are a real man you would have a kicker" is a joke.....so I guess I have been passing quite a few "real men" trying desperately to kick over their Hondas (and YFZs when they are converted) as they are stalled in the track or at the gate. I'd rather NOT be a "real man" and just push my button, thanks! ;)
