hot start cable adjustment

Yes, there is a little metal black clip where the cable meets the thumb lever, the cable has grooves in it to move in or out.

what u suggested i tried and its not enough....i bought an aftermarket perch and thecable is to long.... i snooped around and everyone says to get a baldwin hot start cable... but i was wondering if you guys had a fix to shorten the cable....

IC, I make my own piece, but next time I'm gonna buy a Baldwin cable.

The stock hot start cable is junk, I bought a baldwin cable for a crf perch

Kinda retarded post. It's not junk, just isn't made to bolt on most aftermarket perches. Stock cables WILL outlast any aftermarket cable 3 to 1.
