Gas Gas 450
Looking to get out of the quad game, and return to two wheels. I would like to trade for a 250 2 stroke, or 450 4 stroke MX bike.

Here is a copied list of what is on the quad. I took this list from the guy I bought it from.

this quad is legal to race in production class.

quad comes equipped with the following:

4/1 ITP fronts with (new) 20" mx holeshot tires

18" mxr on douglas .190 beadlocks. (not in picture)
custom aluminum battery/computer box - protects battery and fuel injection control comp. better than plastic stock one and it is raised to avoid bottoming on brake calliper.

a arms are fully adjustable for caster and camber. early models were equipped with non caster adjustable uppers and were setup with to much caster which made the quad want to push through corners. with these arms the problem is fixed.

terry cable thumb throttle and cable

tag alum. handlebars

screw on type race gas lid to prevent leaking common on earlier models.

custom radiator shield.

cycra stealth hand shields

LTR alum. water pump impeller.

1.6 bar radiator cap

HD race clutch/springs from dover race ready cycle.

Techlusion EFI control module. this gives the user complete control of fuel injection without having to use a computer or remap. works like the jets on a carb.

removed lock on seat and replaced with pin type fastener.

White Bros. E-series exhaust

ohlins shocks have just been serviced by fcr suspension. maybe a couple hours of riding on them.

AC racing bumper

chromoly chassis
+4 axle
brembro brakes
stainless brake lines
hydraulic clutch
ohlins dual rate fully adjustable front shocks
ohlins fully adjustable rear shock
fuel injection
chrome antivibe steering stem
chrome tie rods
race peg nerfs
chrome detachable subframe
dual row bearing carrier
locking axle nut
full alum body skid
alum. swinger skid
motorcycle style air filter for easy cleaning and better air flow
pro design tether kill switch
8 plate clutch
gripper seat cover

It is really not that loud. You would think it would be, but I would say it is mid level. I had a Z that was much louder.

Those Gas Gas's are truly Bad ***** Quads!!! whomever picks that up will be more than totally satified with their choice of a race quad. good luck selling it.

What is the ball park figure your looking for Mike396?

If someone wants to buy it for cash, I am asking $4500, or a MX bike. The bike would have to be a 250 2 stroke, or a 450 4 stroke.

arcticcat07, Yes I am interested in the KTM. send me some pics, and list of mods that are on the bike.

I have nothing against quads, but after 26 years on two wheels, I am having difficulty making the change. I just want to get back to what I know how to ride.

You are correct, the Gas Gas is an awsome (race ready) quad. I am very satisfied with it, just can't ride it very well.
