I am guessing you mean a grab bar?

why do you want to make one? just want something really strong? just use 2 plates for the side and weld a peice in for the middle.

i think he means a 12 o'clock bar. like the guys on crotch rockets have to stop u from falling back. same thing as a grab bar just beefier and longer so u dont flip back as far.

Well its not to sotp you from falling back really, its so you can do 12 o clock wheelies. Check out the stuntlife forums scroll down until you see the quad stunting section alot of guys have them in there. they should be able to help you.

i got a 300ex get yourself a piece of 1/4 thick flat stock.. about 3" x 8"s .. scrap your stock bar a lil bit (just to get an angle on it) then get a friend with a welder to tack it in place for ya at that angle.. works perfect

Be carefull if you make a 12 bar for your Honda. I made one for my 300ex. After many scrapes on asphalt it ended up breaking the frame. I repaired it and it happened again. I would say the trick is dont make it to beefey. That or reinforce the frame so it doesnt bend it up. Good luck!
