naaa, folks have been doing cases and covers alot longer then i have been powdercoating. its nothing special i assure you.

just about anything metal can be coated in some fashion. sometimes powder is best, sometimes its not.

a set of center cases runs around $75

its not a ton of work, but lots of taping and being aluminum they should be treated with a zinc phosphate pre treatment that adds to the cost.

I cant believe that those are even the same cases. I wish I had a befor photo to post so everyone could see what a master you are. Thank you.

I finished paying for my frame today so TRX250R87 should be mailing it out to you early next week. Send me your address again so I can forward it to him.

Im in no hurry for the frame... I will not have the money to pay you for it until the end of Sept. Just let me know that it made it to you ok.. and what you think I should do about the chrome... Clean it up or have it re-done.

Thanks again for the great work on the cases. Let me know if I owe you any more money . I know you had to invest more time than you had originally thought.

hey pappy, if i coated my cases, and side cases, would that make them easier to clean? and keep that yellowing color from affecting the aluminum?

yes it helps, but in time they will get scuffed and have to be redone.
