there pretty reliable with a fresh engine. it mad about 65 horses. my buddy had one on his 400ex conversion and it beat 409s

Um, no. 54-58 horse is the absolute maximum you will get from that setup trust me. And if you dont trust me i will include one of my MANY attempts to get it to 60 horsepower. Also, if you get dirtwheels magazine, you will notice that NMotion themselves on their very own dyno with all there tricks done to that 520 for the magazine couldnt muster up 60 horse, 58 was their max.

Great pulling motor and very reliable, but not 65 horse or anywhere close.

Thank you ;)

I degreed in the Web 729, the Web Mysto, the Mega cycles 108 X1, and the drop in HRC cams. All cam timing except the HRC were minipulated, advanced and retarded.

I had +2 +3 fully ported NMotion head.

I also used oxygenated fuels like MXR01 and MR9 (vp)

43 mm FCR carb

Both 12:1 and 13:1 compression NMotion pistons

Ron Woods reprogrammed Vortex ignition with all 10 mapps dyno'd

Pulse Charger exhaust, HMF exhaust, FMF exhaust, Rossier Exhaust, Yosh exhaust. The Pulse Charger made the best overall power then the Rossier.

If that isnt enough tinkering to try to get to 60 horse then i dont know what is. I gave up. Again, a great motor but it had its limits.

those dynos are probably from the rear wheels and the 60hp was from the crank most likely

NP. I had origanally spent 2750.00 on the kit which included a pipe, their cylinder kit, their +2+3 stainless steel big valved ported head with heavy duty spring kit, a web cam with adjustable cam sprocket.

I like the cylinder kit but stay away from their pipe and i think you can get a better port job somewhere else. 12:1 piston works just fine and you can run premium pump gas if you want. HRC cam works great if you want no part in degreeing in a cam. You will yeild 53-54 horse with that cam and +1+2 valves. Great torque.

cylinder kit-1000

head with mods- 600

hrc cam kit-200 ish

pipe of choice (rossier, hmf, pulse charger IMO)- 400-550

Your under 2400.00 and you have some great reliable power if you want this kit. Hope that helps, lates
