OMF scoops

I was wandering how to install aftermarket radiater scoops on my 450. Do I have to cut the stock plastic ones off, or what? Pics of the different kinds would be nice to.

You have to remove all the white fins in front of the radiator and they come with a template on how to cut the stock shrouds.

i installed them before the missouri 6-hour race. they are pretty sweet. all you do is remove your fenders then trace the supplied template. i cut mine with a air riciprocating saw or i guess a jigsaw could work to. pretty easy install. as for the white fins in front of the radiator, they are three pieces- i left the center one in and you can acually reuse the side ones only if you flip them over and correctly face them like the center one. they fit tight too. been racing them for months now with no problems:devil:
