yes gas is $ 3.00 a gallon and i just bought a truck saturday ! :D Its a 99 silverado 1500 extcab 3rd dr, 5.3l, Z71.

crappy pic but only one i got, only had it for 5 days already got airaid/k&n intake kit, and flowmaster 40 series on er.

So far im getting 16mpg in the city, havent had it on the high yet. And that included me screwing arround since it was new, you got to test it out.

That interior is awesome. I am not a fan of the spinners or spoiler. Other than that. That is a sick IS.

I can't say that I am just paying for the name. Have you ridden in it yet. It def rides like a lexus, so smooth. I can't believe the diff when I get in any other car. I shouldn't have bought it at 23 cause now I am spoiled for life.;)

yea he had a set of just regular 20 inch wheels on it but then he added the spinner kit later...imo it looked alot better w/o the spinners....the interrior is sick...i like the TVs....i think the lexus is just a toyota camery with a better suspesion package....but i do like the car....

hell spoiled at 23 aint nothin hes only like 19 or 20 years old...he spent a whole year over in iraq and when he came back he bought that car...

I found some American Racing 17x8 rims for $475 shipped so i couldn't pass those up(I can't get the pic to post they are kinda like the 5 spoke eagles, but 6 spoke instead), I've got some 33" BFG Mud Terrains, a Westin Bull Bar, Stainless Rocker panels, I tinted the front windows to 35% put on ventshields. Perfomance wise just a K&N air filter, & a si/do exhaust. Inside I have an Alpine headdeck, and 1 jl 8" sub.

The altezza is the same car, except it wasn't ever sold in the US. There is an IS200 that is only sold in EU also.

2005 chevy silverado with a 5.3 v8... sucks for gas... i got a rhino linear, nerf bars, bed cover and a i will ordering some stuff next summer for it... i wanna get a cowl hood, borla exhuast, bigger tires and rims, and a few other lil things...


i also drive a 1995 toyota t-100 ext cab with a 3.4 v6... i take that to college so noone can do anything to the silverado!

eh im pretty sure you drag race it whats your ET....my buddy has a camaro z28 like yours...ls1 5.7 350...and hes got exhaust cutouts on his car and 4.10 gears with draglite wheels with ET streets on the rear and some kinda skinny front tire....its a quick *** car runing mid 8's

Only 12's here. Only been to Orlando Drag strip a couple of times. Need to go back now that I have the Drag Radials. Should hook up alot better....:blah:

Hope to be a solid low 11 second car with the heads and cam and still very streetable. She is a blast to drive.

Camaros & Mustangs all can get along, you both have sweet cars. Im lookin at buyin a 95 cobra right now, just has a flowmaster exhaust and a K&N intake with a cold air duct. The car is Black, low miles and super clean. If i buy it I have a nice cam, and different heads for it somewhere... I'd maybe s/c it eventually event though i have a turbo that would be complimented nicely by another for a tt setup, but nothings cooler than an s/ced V8

When you say low miles that is a good Idea especially when buying a car like a Cobra. They have great value and the more mint they are in the better.
I bought mine with 24k miles on it three years ago now it sits with 41k on her.......

You are right about the Camaro/Mustang thing.....one of my best friends has a S/C 2001 Cobra and used to have a 2002 Lightning. That picture I posted of the SS on the Dyno was at a Lightning Clubs Dyno day! We had a blast and I was the only GM car there.:D
