just got a set of the cycra probends and i want to put them on my stock handlebars can someone please tell me how to get that threaded insert out of the end of the handle bars that come in there stock

I used a pair of pliers. There's a little glue holding them in. Once you crack the seal, you're good to go.

anyone else and how did you get on them with pliers to pull it out when there mounted inside the bar flush:macho

welli finaly got them out they had a hole drilled in the bars then filled with weld after i drilled that out out slid a 4 to 5 inch solid piece of steel in the end

thats what i was going to say just stick a bolt in it and yank them with pliers
