im 15 im thinking bout getting a moped ive been looking around the web for some n saw a couple nice ones but they have no prices

don't waste your money on a moped, you'll buy it and use it for 2 years and then when you go to sell it you'll lose a big chunk of it's value new. You can't even take them on highways or major roads, just waste till your 17 and get a bike

I remember the old moped days.

Even though it was an "uncool" ride, that was probably the best $300 I've ever spent. IMO, the laugh factor is virtually priceless!

LOL, I jumped mine a lot. I only weighed like 100-110 lbs. back then. Talk about some harsh landings! That part will make you wish for a dirtbike. Yes, I did bend the forks and I bent a rim, but it still rode good enough. The front end of that thing sure did vibrate after that.

My advice:

Look for a used Tomos. You should be able to find ones in good condition for ~$500.

Ride it for a couple of years and sell it.
