Cr250R engine in Trx400ex frame

I know that servicehonda can do this but this is very expensive.Someone have already do this project?How hard it's?

What I need to do to fit it correctly in the trx frame?

I think that to do this mod, you would have to beef up the clutch a little. But I don't know if Service Honda does or not.

I havent done a cr250r hybrid.. but I could see a couple obsticles.

1) Getting a custom made pipe.
2) Making custom motor mounts
3) Backward kick start. (fender and wheel clearance)
4) Counteracting the lack of counterbalance with anti-vib motor mounts. (not as bad on a 250, like it is on the 500).
5) Mounting the radiator.
6) why in a 400ex frame? Why not the 450r or aftermarket 250r frames that already have mountings for the cooling systems etc..
