engine temps?

hey I have an 04 400 ex and was just wondering what temp does the engine run at?(cylinder,head) feels hot while riding but not sure of the actual temps. I have an infared temp gun and was going to check them but didn't know what was normal. Did a search and all I saw were oil temps.

mine ran a little over 200 usually. this was the oil temp in the oil tank. my buddies runs a little warmer. his is close to 250 on his 440.
