400 clutch *** in a 450?

My new basket won't be in til the end of the month, I need to ride. I have an entire 400 clutch assembly, will it fit, just so I can ride til my new stuff gets here, anyone know?

no it will not interchange. The gear and the splines are different plus the diameter is way diiferent

Yea, I had already checked the diameter and knew it was different. I thought maybe the gear on the basket might be close enough to work, I guess it will be down a month unless I come up with something soon.

I ordered direct from wiseco, the baskets haven't been released for sale yet. They are supposed to be the strongest made b/c they are forged instead of just being machined. Check wiseco website on them. I blew a race because of the stock basket and just wanted to try to prevent that so I wanted the strongest.
