im thinking about outting a ram air kit on my 300ex, to get more top end good idea, or bad?:confused:

a couple of people have tried it before on their 300ex's and its just a waste of time.

i wanted to get some more top end on my 300ex, so i decided to put it on. I made it out of brushed alluminum. Looks sweet, snd when i hit about high 3rd, i could notice a big diffrence. But i lost a little bit of bottom end tough, but i allready have toooo much bottom end. It costed about 40$ dollars tough. Not to bad.:D

ram air DOES help.... i have it on my truck. a custom system i made, that goes right into the end of my cold air intake. things louder then a freakin STI but the power gain was well worth the time it took. 15 mins....
