I have a houser one on my 400 and like it but wish i had a RPM. If i had it to do all over again i would buy the RPM stem.

Why? Can you please list why and what the differences between them are?

I think a lot of Guys like the RPM because it has a Lifetime Warranty. I would get a Laeger. My Brother has a Laeger and it is Sweet. Has held up so far.

the RPM stem is hardened 7 times before they ship them out. RPM hardenes the entire stem. Most stems are only hardened at the base and the top were the clamp bolt on. I seen guys endo over a double and land on the stem and it did not bend. the RPM stem is the best stem out there. just my .02 oh another thing a RPM stem will never be chromed by RPM. The chroming process actually makes the wall of the stem thinner making it a bit weaker.

Yes, you can bend it back. You have to heat up the stem though first, but heating it will make it weaker. I'd reccommend just buying another stocker for now, they're only $50.

No you dont have to heat it. They put the stem on a jig and spin it while straightening it.

I've never heard of anything like that. Sounds like it works though. When i straightened mine, we heated it in a press and then straightened it. It hasn't bent since
