Okay,this is what everything is-

Flattrack- racing on a dirt oval with 4 flat or banked turns, all going left.

TT- A flattrack with right and left turns, usually inluding some small jumps.

Motocross-An outdoor track with jumps and elevation changes, with flat and bermed turns.

Supercross-A tight track with large jumps, whoops, rythm sections ect. Usually held in some sort of arena.

XC-Cross country,usually a mix a trail and moocross riding.

what are u talkin about SRH?

and for the track layout, its pretty simple for MX and XC all you really have to do is go whatever track you want to do and see what it's like. Not too hard.
