need a little advice.

i recently got a 2002 400ex with , WB slip on and it has been jetted. well it started smoking when i'd rev it or be goin down a hill and give it some gas, or open it up full throttle. i took my endcap, spark arrestor and all my discs out and it GREATLY reduced this smoke and the bike seems to be alot more snappy, i also like the sound better. i was wondering should i keep it this way.. or will it hurt my motor?

It shouldn't hurt the motor, but I would check the plug to see how it effected the jetting.
