1.) Steering stem clamp w/ bushings - FOUND
2.) Front brake lines for +3" LT a-arms - FOUND
3.) Aluminum radiator shrouds - FOUND
4.) Rear brake caliper mount(s) - FOUND
5.) Seat latch - FOUND
6.) Coolant reservoir and line - FOUND
7.) '86 Foot pegs - FOUND

I'm also looking for the following non-250R items:
1.) Oil tank w/ lines off a YFZ450 - FOUND
2.) Coil and spark plug boot off a 2000 WR400F (may be same part number as YFZ450, YZ426F, or YZ400F) - FOUND
3.) YFZ450 intake boot (from carb to intake box)
4.) Quadzilla intake boot (from carb to intake box)
5.) YFZ450 Thumb throttle assembly for YFZ450 w/ cable - FOUND

Found a lot of the items.

Still need foot pegs or may consider pro-peg nerf bars.

Also need some YFZ stuff - mainly thumb throttle, throttle cable and intake boot.

I think I have a set of pegs left of an 86 ATC. You would need to elongate one hole on the peg about an 1/8 of an inch to make them work. If interested let me know (I'll need to dig through some parts bins), you can have them for $5 plus actual shipping.
