Earlier today i was trail riding in baldwin MI and managed to hit a 15" diameter tree in the top of 3rd gear, the DG Fat bumper had 2 supports snap off the other 2 cracked and on the right upper and lower a-arms need to be replaced but the pivot points on the frame where they mount are either stretched, cracked or broken. how do i fix this while avoiding a new frame? i work in a tool and die shop so all of the welding tools and mills are available, what could i do?

Make a washer out of flat chromoly stock or something harder then mild steel. straighten the broken arm mount, weld it, grind down the weld, then weld in the washers(weld to outside of mount only). you may need slightly longer mounting bolts but ive re used stock before.
