well ladies, I finally had the "big one". I have mixed feelings about it because a) I am glad to get it out of the way - too many close calls. b) I am mad becuase my quad now needs a ton of work
Anyway, Ill get to story telling. Ok were out at my buddies dads house and so much crap has gone wrong already its insane. I could fill this post just with telling you about what went wrong before we even got on the quads. It starting raining like mad, and the trails are so hardpack now its like ice. Me and my buddy (I was on my 300ex, he was on a yz250f - he races gncc 4stk B) are always having grudge matches and riding way over our heads to try to impress each other, so natuarally we are flying around these woods. I climbed a hill, brake slid and did a 180 then went down this steep arse hill and was in 3rd WFO going down it... then I see him in 3rd WFO coming up it . :eek2: I looked up just in time to see his numberplate. We hit pry doing 25 + mph each way.... My quad bucked me off, then proceded to do a frontflip. We ectually headbutted each other :p
Anyway, we got up, limped around walking it off and he started singing just one of those days by limp bizkit :blah: It could have been much worse.
Damage report - trashed left A arms, stress marks in my new MAIER's :mad: , trashed handlebars. The left front wheel is back like 3 inches :eek2:
On top of that, I need new tires and my clutch is going out. Excellent!
