Depends on what u mean by keeping up? On a trail? Most deffinately depending on your riding ability. On a track? Maybe depending on your riding ability but deffinately will be harder then trying to keep up through the woods. In a straight stretch? Unless your sportin some motor work absolutely not, A 400ex will pull by you and just keep on goin. Hope i helped some.:D
