400 ex shock help hurry!!!!!

I am putting a 400 ex rear shock on my blaster and i need to know asap what to do with the upper mount. If i take the spacer out there is alot of play but if it stay in the bolt wont go in. Should i drill out the spacer? hurry i eed ot know asap.

hey i say it on blaster hq but they shut down.:confused: theguy on there drilled out the top mounting hole. post us somepics when you get it done. i had a blaster about a month ago.

im gettin the spacer for the top hole bored out. then ill post pics after my front end is buttoned up.

you have to take it to a machine shop and get it bored out, its so hardened that a drill bit bearly scratches it. we had to go sharpen the cutting tip on the lathe quite a few times boring mine out, and we did it for a few other people.
