DO NOT buy the Trinity 465, they built one for my friend Eric, and it was a time bomb..They built the motor and the timing was a tooth off, they put a Web Cam in it and didn't hardweld the rockers, so now they are both junk..He wanted a full race motor, and they built him a MILD motor, not the biggest cam Web even makes..He was gettin pulled up the hill by piped Z400s..He called for them to try to fix it and they have done nothing for him whatsoever..Trinity SUCKS...Wait and get what you pay for, Sparks 465 hands down, there 465 at 4SW was lightin up some of the BB Raptors, it was fast as a mofo.

As R3 said i am the guy with the bike from trinity. i paid 2400 and got a "good" deal so i thought. paid extra for the carillo rod and everything upgraded. my head has to be completely redone. They want me to take it to them to look at it. But they already told me they werent going to help me out with parts or labor to get it fixed. And they want my whole quad not just head. I paid 1k to get the bike to them last time to change timing and dyno it. bike was way off on jetteing from the time i left. Oil running down the front of the motor from when they pulled off the valve cover. oil on nerfs ruined my grips. All little stuff but for what i payed i wanted quality and got crap!!!.

i had a 440 kit put in mine and i also have oil leaking out from where the head and port blocks bolt together and from where the jug and port block bolt together. whats wrong?

Your gasket could be blown. butmine didnt leak they just never cleaned it. they pulled the cover off, let the oil drain down the front of the motor, re-timed it, put cover on and said it was done. Never cleaned it. Very dissapointing........

You can build something similar simply by asking guys here what they used. I used a 440kit, a 4 mil stroker, a good carb and a few more things and you got one!

And it would be a lot cheaper.

I did my own part selection on my 465on mine. Its setup is like the sparks, but better and a little more reliable.

I also have some cases that are bored to fit the iron 92mm sleeve, If your interested.

After talking w/ Sparks about the 465 I went with a Wiseco 4mil stroker w/ 89mm bore. I Still may buy parts from him for anothe motor but will do machine work local.
{Scott} that does tech at Sparks said the cases will hold much better if the crank is balanced after putting Carrillo on. He went on to say the center cases will crack down the road from extreme vibration.

I would assume the cases would crack where the casting marks are myself; anyone seen this occur?
